We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Primary responsibility is for planning and management of Projects. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including effective communications with sponsor and stakeholders.


  • Responsible for end to end quality project delivery and closure.
  • Lead planning and implementation of projects.
  • Select, manage and coordinate the implementation teams.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Conduct project reporting, capturing and monitoring progress to clients and other stakeholders at all phases of projects.
  • Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas;
  • Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction, requirements and expectations are duly met.
  • Identify and deliver innovative solutions that provide value for the customer
  • Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes on projects.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Ensure team’s compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements including objectives and applicable regulations.
  • Develop project documentation process to enhance real-time archival reference and lessons learned Monitor project risks and constraints
  • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor, control and manage project resources
  • Conduct periodic project group analytical workshops and meetings


  • Minimum Education: B.Sc. / H.N.D. in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Telecommunications. Any relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
  • Required Certification(s): Any relevant professional certification, with preference for PMP and Prince 2.


  • Appreciation for customer expectations with a customer-oriented approach to results
  • Manage change and effectively cascade information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum Working Experience: 5 years of progressive experience, including experience successfully managing various projects
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide high level technical support, make quick decisions and solve technical problems
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
  • Analytical and possess problem solving skills, with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Flexible in approach and comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both team work and self-sufficiency as necessary
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be able to provide high level technical support.
  • Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems.
  • Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
